Who to discuss it with: Start here for clients who want varied sightseeing, food and scenery from a city base.
Before you quote: Stellenbosch and Franschhoek are separate towns. Plan their visits as excursions or dedicated stays. Keep weather-dependent activities flexible.

Training starting point: 4 nights — adjust to the client and route.
Experiences to discuss: Table Mountain, Boulders penguins, Cape Point and its funicular, Cape of Good Hope, Hout Bay seal cruise, wine farms, sunset cruises and helicopter options.

Choose the right safari

Kruger National Park+

Build a dedicated wildlife stay into the route. Confirm the lodge, access point and connecting transport.

Pilanesberg National Park+

An option to discuss alongside Sun City. Confirm whether the game drive is included and how it fits the resort stay.

Addo Elephant National Park+

An Eastern Cape option for clients interested in elephants and a wider regional route. Request a tailored extension.

Mabula Game Reserve+

A lodge-based safari option in the northern part of these programmes. Check meals, number of drives and children’s policies.

Botlierskop Private Game Reserve+

A safari stop to combine with the Garden Route. Sell the reserve experience; do not promise all Big Five animals.

Experiences from the training deck are ideas to discuss, not automatic package inclusions. Current operations, suitability and arrangements must be confirmed.

An honest expectation.

“When should we go?”+

Start with the experiences and regions. Cape Town and safari country do not share one universal best season. Give V2 the intended month and priorities so the route can be matched to them.

“Will we see the Big Five?”+

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Sell the safari experience and the time available for game drives, rather than promise specific animals.

“Can we add Victoria Falls?”+

Discuss Zimbabwe or Zambia as a separate extension. Confirm connections, border arrangements and the viewing experience for the proposed dates.

“What is included?”+

Work from the written proposal. Confirm accommodation, meals, transport, guiding and activities individually; do not assume every lodge or programme includes the same things.
